Reservation and Waiting List Management for PixelPoint 2000

 

Easy to Use Layout
TableTime has been graphically laid out to allow the user to add a reservation or a waiting list entry from any terminal using a touch screen, completely eliminating the need for a keyboard.

 

Advance Reservations 
In order to simplify the process for your users, TableTime boasts an integrated reservation wizard, walking them through the easy steps to quickly adding reservations. Specify the customer, the reservation date and time, table section or number, and any special comments for your front of the house staff to see, such as anniversary or birthday reminders. Indicators along the way guide the user by specifying booking volumes and busy times.

 

Waiting List 
Quickly add a person to the waiting list by keying in their name, or by identifying them with a loyalty card. Assign them to a section or specific table and their entry is inserted in the SmartList, where pending reservations and waiting list entries are merged.

 

POS Integration 
Full POS integration means that TableTime activates additional table status indicators on the graphical table layout in PixelPoint POS, showing tables that need bussing, or tables that have customers seated but not yet served1.

 

Smart Lists 
Due to its tight integration with the POS, TableTime has table information available to it which is essential for any automated booking environment. Users see this information at a glance to determine the best destination for your waiting guests.

 

Revenue Center Support 
For those times where reservations are needed for different revenue centers in your restaurant, TableTime allows different users to see only those reservations pertinent to their reservation area.

 

BackOffice Tools 
These tools allow bookings outside the POS, making it easier for office staff to make these bookings from non-POS terminals during off-peak times.

 

Customer Centric 
TableTime leverages PixelPoint's centralized customer database, allowing you to track each customer's visits, expenditures, favorite section or bottle of wine. Offer loyalty promotions, send them an invitation on their birthday or retrieve any small detail that helps you provide them with more personalized service.

 

Member Convenience 
For those restaurants that serve members with accounts, TableTime saves you even more time by allowing you to identify the customer once during their visit. The system conveniently tracks the customer, allowing their profile to follow them, from the reservation, to the assigned table, and to finally tendering their bill on account without having them present their card again.
